When has there ever been a definitive correlation between quality and how much someone costs? I could name you countless players who have cost over £10 million but aren't top 4 calibre.

Furthermore, how can you just say 'throw in player X and player Y'. How do you know Blackburn would want any of our deadwood or the players would want the move.

Entitled to your view but we're going to have to agree to disagree.

To be fair, there have been reports that Blackburn want Bentley so the hypothesis isn't without some credibility.

The biggest problem, IMO, is going to be wage demands from Bentley, if we are even considering the option that is.

Perhaps but I think it is now under the administration of Valencia gov. most likely all transaction is frozen until the gov ascertain the damage and determine what asset to be divested.
