valenciayid on irrespective of kane sale?:Yep…the Don is all ready to do deals all over the park, it just will change if Kane goes…in other words Kane stays and we will need one less player and will have a smaller budget…kane goes then we will need another striker and will have a greater budget….

If our dealings and budget are dependent on the Kane situation and then we need to get that wrapped up ASAP. Don't want everything happening on the last day.

This is extremely worrying if it means we are not getting a striker if Kane stays.

Son and youths can cover there. Can't see us getting anyone good enough to replace Kane who will sit on the bench if he stays, so wait until next yeah and if Kane goes, we go for someone who will start games and knows they will start!

But as above, one of the other players could still be a back up striker also and just not a higher quality one who would be first team.

Thanks for the info. This would be a shocking signing.

If we’re recruiting a slow, shouty CB that shouldn’t be anywhere near the Tottenham squad then I’d like to offer my services…

agreed. From being spoilt with links like Kounde and Lacroix to Coady. No thanks, rather promote Japhet / develop Rodon and strengthen elsewhere

its a direct response to tweet about coady, see hxxps://i.imgur.com/J5DR2qg.png
Thanks Dov. I couldn’t use the link but found Val’s broader explanation on tfc:
“Yep…the Don is all ready to do deals all over the park, it just will change if Kane goes…in other words Kane stays and we will need one less player and will have a smaller budget…kane goes then we will need another striker and will have a greater budget….”
EDIT. Seen you posted same above. I’m too laboured to catch you my friend!

Kane goes = 2 new strikers
Kane stays = 1 new striker

Personally hope he goes now so the areas we're looking to strengthen can be the top players on those lists.

Seems mad to say but he's royally fucked me off so let's bring in some top players who are 100% committed and see where it takes us.

Also, I've said it several times already but don't stress out and presume we are disorganised as we have historically been. EVERYTHING is in order and the plans are ready to go whichever route we take. Paratici has got this ?? ? ??

Seems to have been a key change in the whispers around Kane. It’s gone from we have a plan for who we want that’s not reliant on Kane leaving, to if Kane goes our plan will be different.

Sounds to me like we are going to faff around waiting to pull the trigger while we wait to see if they stump up the cash. I find this quite worrying tbh.

Also indicates to me that we are negotiating with them, despite the clubs insistence that he’s not for sale.

val on lautaro: If you think back over the last few seasons and the money weve spent on support for Kane only for them to be a waste, youll understand why weve upped our game…

Have we convinced Kane of the club’s ambitions yet?

This must be related to the bahamas meeting and the other financial info we’re waiting on.

Guess the GOAT’s ITK from the other day on where our money is coming from could explain some things.

The same fuck ups with the Bale money is about to repeat itself again
[/QUOTE]

Except that I actually have faith in Paratici to get the job done and to get us through the other side in decent shape.
