Just back from the game. The football was highly entertaining and the atmosphere was unreal. Cheers Ange, it exactly what we pay our money to see. Early days, can’t wait until we really click…. Still buzzing!!!

Thank you Ange!! After a worrying first half hour, thats genuinely the most i have enjoyed watching Spurs play in YEARS. There will be bumps along the way but he is transforming the team before our eyes and we need to embrace and back this guy all the way

I thought he looked calm and comfortable throughout.

It was nothing major ….

- Felt like it was clear he could have committed to coming out and collecting ball comfortably on that occasion where he was indecisive and ended up having to make a save

- wasn’t confident of his reading of where his crossbar was and tipped a looping ball behind for a corner when it was clearly going over

just two small signs of some jangling nerves that completely disappeared after that first acrobatic save off the header which pumped him up and got his blood going. He was instinctual and natural after that.

Obviously not a perfect performance by any means, and some of the ease with which they came by their chances in the first half was a bit alarming.

But as others have said its just wonderful to see Spurs trying to actually play football rather than bore the opponents and crowd into submission as under Conte (and indeed Jose and Nuno before him).

Give me this approach over the pragmatic, inflexible toss we got from Conte any day.

The glory hunter Man Utd fan in our whatapp group asked 'what was all the constant rubbish being thrown on the pitch - must have been planned.'

I replied 'they were your subs mate.'

I’m glad Bissouma didn’t play too much last year. The times he did play it was all about defensive duties. Conte might’ve ruined him for good if he’d played every week!

As good as I knew he was, I didn’t realise he was Dembele good. I think we’ve finally genuinely found his replacement at last. At the same time we’ve found Eriksen’s too.

*tries not to get excited, tries not to get excited, tries not to get excited…….

What a great day, everything about it. Even the walk to the stadium, there was a buzz about the place that hasn’t been there for so long. As for the football, we were well worth the win and the fans fully deserved it for the fantastic atmosphere created today. Love this club!!!
