Absolutely, many seem oblivious to this huge Spurs flaw. Ange no longer seems to be able to get the players up for it. We'll probably see a one-off upsurge for the Arse match, but consistency has gone out the window

I hope his 'growth ' mantra proves correct but we've seen the opposite of that in terms of effort this season. The old prob that maybe Ange isn't so familiar with ... Motivating Millionaires.

Any running stats/other stats that indicate falling intensiy/work-rate?
Hard to judge by the eye-test as too often I'm just looking at ball-movements.

Yes, running stats/other stats should indicate an issue .

Eye-tests say that the forwards aren't closing down defenders and midfielders are sometimes leaving the defence short.
Part of the eye-test is the oppo (eg Newcastle) completely shutting our defence down in stark contrast... forcing Vic to go long.
