Hold onto a draw until half time, and we will rip them apart in the second half. They’ve looked tired lately.

So disappointing the way Bissoumas career with us is turning out.

Not getting in the starting line up of a NLD at the business end of the season for a player thats likely off in the summer...

I thought he'd be a nailed on success after moving from Brighton.
I agree with your 1st and 3rd sentences.

But the manager has to put out the team that he thinks has the best chance of winning.

We need someone in the front 3 who will hold the ball up.
100% this. Without him the ball would consistently come back at us as our normal front 3 are so poor holding up the ball. Plus it gives us great options to bring Richy and Johnson off the bench where Richy can hold up the ball instead of deki. I'm happy with it to be honest

I still think we'll come up short unfortunately. Arsenal are too good this season and we're notorious for slow starts in games.

2-down by HT, we'll nick one early one to make a game of it and then concede again on the counter.

3-1 to Arsenal is my guess. Hope I'm wrong.

He started the season great. He is not the only player who's form suffered after afcon and don't forget he got malaria.

Right call for him to be on bench today, given his form, but thinks it's an over reaction to assume he is off.
You’d think he had Ebola, rather than a very light touch of malaria!

Not confident with that line up. I'm hoping the right Maddison shows up. If he is going to sit in between the centre backs like a striker instead of finding pockets of spaces to create then we lose.

I hope it's a good game of football rather than a lot of stopping and starting with arguments across the park as we so often see in these London derby's like the Chelsea games. Both sides can play quality football on their day and I'm hoping this is one of them. If it goes to form then they should beat us by a couple of goals but we often surprise in these top games, so lets see. We don't want them to score early otherwise it could be a comfortable win for them. COYS!

Can't say I greatly mind about the selection. Unfortunately in areas other than GK and defence, and the inclusion of Son, no one is really staking a claim for their place in the starting 11.

It does just feel like we're a touch short on 'star power', which is no surprise after losing Kane. Son could easily disappear in this game whilst having Saliba and Gabriel for company, and then the only player who can really create something from nothing is Maddison, who's been poor for a while. Kulusevski and Werner are players who need the whole team to be playing well really.

I’m expecting a lot from Maddison today. I know he’s been off form of late but games like this he should thrive in. He needs to take creative ownership of the game.

Just seen it's hojbjerg and bentancur i think that's a massive mistake in this game. We're gonna be stood off them on the edge of box.

I know bissouma has been bad but we needed his and sarrs aggression in this one.

Due to other commitments, unlikely to be able to watch until deep into second half, nervous, COYS
