Officially signing up to the Take a Draw Now Society. Pre Chelsea I'd confidentiality predict we'd batter them. Now... too many key/cutting edge players out, and too many average duds taking their place.

We're at home and gave Chelsea a game with nine men. Udogie is back to strengthen the left side of defence and attack. Bentancur may start. Johnson got off the mark v Wolves. We shouldn't be taking a draw before the game has started. We need to take full advantage of City playing Liverpool by winning this game.

I must admit I feel down about the last 2 games more due to the players missing. However it's important to remember that Wolves was early kick off after an exhausting Monday night with 9 men (mentally and physically). So we should be more energetic this time. The big question is around who does better after the international break as teams can be rusty after. Sunday is a better day to play post international. I think if we are aggressive and show a lot more energy than the last game we have a great chance.

Na that's not the attitude, we still have a very strong team and they're no where near as good away as they are at home.

Lets get a win to get back on track.

I'd start Lo Celso but these days I expect him to do nothing for an hour and get replaced after another 5/10 game. It's like I still fall for him as a concept but the reality is so disappointing. If he could finally click it would be so bloody useful right now

I think we'll need to score at least 3 to win. Villa will be good for a couple of goals, I reckon.

Looks like another week of Dier & Hojberg starting, I really cannot see how our defence keeps them out enough.

Full confidence on the squad (especially the usual scapegoats, who deserve better), or we're going nowhere. We are winning this.

Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou speaking on Tottenham's X account: "We've got a couple of issues. Young Ashley Phillips picked up an ankle injury so he will be out for a little while. It's disappointing for him.

"We'll have a look at Pape Sarr because he's got a bit of an issue as well. We'll see how he is over the next 24-48 hours.

"Everyone else has come back ok. Destiny [Udogie]'s fine and is available. He's had a good couple of weeks."

Tough game. Poor selection and lack of intensity like last time and we'll be easily beaten. That wolves performance was rubbish and we really need Bentancur in midfield for this one to progress the ball forward with more incision and urgency.

I'm not optimistic of a win for this one. Villa have some good attacking players and may well over run us in midfield to give those attackers lots of chances.

Could be a narrow win or a 0-4 drubbing this one. Not confident so any result will be a bonus.

Be interesting to see the bench as well if Phillips is now out to, the Wolves game had him and Dorrington on the bench, if Phillips is out as well now I assume may have to dip even further into the youth setup.
