We are level on head to head. It then goes to overall goal diff so we are ahead currently. UEFA site has us 2nd.

No sorry I don't agree with this part. We should have enough to beat NS fucking Mura, second string or not. This isn't even remotely close to being on Conte.
But we don't have enough and that's the point.

I understand he wanted to see some of the fringe players but really he could have watched back all our European Away games this season and his team selection would have been very easy.

Play nice. I didn't say he was. He isn't. He also isn't good enough to play for Spurs.
Nor was Kane when he got his chance.
Sometimes we've got to rely on what the manager sees, afterall, he's picking him.

But with even that being said, I actually thought Skipp was one of our best players tonight and when considering that he's one of the least experienced, I think he's worth sticking with for a while.

Erm Royal and Reggy didn’t even play today, neither did Winks. All three helped us win a few days ago.

Love a knee jerk. As soon as we lose everything is terrible. The manager is terrible, so are the players and the chairman, the kit man, the nutritionist, the tv in the living room, the burger you’re having for dinner and the oxygen you’re breathing.
We have been knee jerking for years. When does it stop being a knee jerk but a realisation that the players are very poor. It’s a fact. I am really embarrassed by Spurs.

My comment wasn’t based on just tonight’s performance, otherwise it would be knee jerk. And if you actually read my post you would see I don’t blame anyone but the players.

I honestly don’t think people realise how embarrassing this defeat is. It’s genuinely not a stretch to say it’s one of the most embarrassing defeats in our history. An utter fucking embarrassment.
I reslise, and have been posting as such. Once again we are a laughing stock, oppo fans will out in force on social media tonight
I dare say quite a few Spurs fans will be greeting the torrent of mockery straight onto their phones
Luckily no one bothers me on that score, because they know I will go crazy and that will be the last text or message they ever send to me, because they will be blocked for life ?

I wish I could be that optimistic. I honestly just think most of them are just bad players and maybe one or two are talented but lacks the discipline to be a top level player. It's crazy how similar our path is to the one Arsenal went down. They plodded along with mediocre players year after year, giving them chance after chance and contract after contract. We need to get rid of these players before they drag us down even more.
Otherwise Dier will morph into our equivalent of Chambers.

Most embarrassing defeat in all my 41 years supporting Spurs. Its not Conte's fault or Jose's and Poch's. Or even the players, it's purely the result of ENIC and Daniel Levy's sports business model. If you buy enough shit you end up with silo. No manager in world football could get results with our squad players. Yes first XI can compete on their day but again, quality says there won't be many 'their' days. Complete mindset change needed from ENIC or sell up. Conte must be thinking if I just terminate contract now I can join United.

Guy I sit next to was bit stunned when I said to him on Sunday that I literally detest the majority of our current squad! Literally after going through 4 managers there is no one else to blame for the continued embarrassing performances the majority of them have produced over the last 2 half years! Sooner they are out of this club the better!
never want to see the likes of Dele, Doherty, Sanchez, in a Spurs shirt again.. Won’t shed a tear to see Ndombele, Lo Celso and after defending him at the weekend Sessingong as well.

Problems everywhere.

You have to rely on chancers or has beens as rotation options.

Your best players have no genunine competition to push them and allow them a rest from time to time.

Your midfield has zero balance and cannot dominate a game.

Your centre backs constantly make basic errors and can't be trusted to go there of four games without making a howler.

Your young players aren't anyway close to the standard they need to be.

It's a fucking disgrace.

Fortunately, this should be the end of the consequences if Conte and Paratici are allowed to really get to work now.

If we want Vlahovic and De Vrij then they need to be here first week January.

Followed by Dele, Doherty and Sanchez out the door for whoever takes them.

To be fair I’m not that fussed about being out of this farmers cup! However I am deeply ashamed and embarrassed of the performances that these so called players have produced in it.

Also as we have a game at the weekend I'm sure Conte thought he'd rather not risk the first eleven possibly? The current situation is not ideal. Goodness knows where we go from here.
