Welcome to the Spurs vs Burnley Match Thread! COYS!
I thought they’d do this rather than doing it on a night game on the Tuesday plus the circumstances regarding that game. By the looks of it there will be more fans at the Burnley game than the Man CityJust as well , if they did a lap of appreciation after beating Man C to give Woolwich the title , might not go down to well with some..
Lap of appreciation at Burnley match | Tottenham Hotspur
With our Men’s team’s final home match of the season this year falling on a week night (Man City, Tuesday 14th May, 8pm KO) and a late finish expected, our players will take part in a lap of appreciation following this Saturday’s game against Burnley (3pm KO).www.tottenhamhotspur.com
Yes I remember that, I stayed for the walk around, faithfull to the end.I thought they’d do this rather than doing it on a night game on the Tuesday plus the circumstances regarding that game. By the looks of it there will be more fans at the Burnley game than the Man City
I remember last season where we lost against Brentford on the final home game and there was hardly anyone left in the ground when the players went round for their lap.
Absolutely buzzing for this game now with the lap of honour announced.
Sun will be out. Dembele at HT and was really hoping they'd do the lap of appreciation as it would be the last game of the season if it wasn't for the stupid City game being moved for TV. Also probably a good time to tell the players the season is over (ie let City win) if we beat Burnley.
Will be a really good day - 30% off I believe also on one drink from 1-1.30pm so getting there for 115
The absolute ideal is United beat Arsenal this weekend because we can want a win without it potentially being ruinous.Mate we wont be letting City win lol.
And if Liverpool take points off Villa, top 4 is still possible, so we'll be giving it everything.
I agree, Johnson must stay on the right to get the most out of him, Put Kulu up through the middle where he plays for Sweden and Son back out left. If we start the forward line how we did against Liverpool we will create nothing again. With the Richy news, I swear we'd be better playing Kulu as a false 9...at least he could hold the ball up, and it keeps Son left and Johnson right.
