You posted last week that it was essentially too risky to drop Davies. Do you believe he performed well against West Ham such that he should start his 6th consecutive game? What is your case for Davies being largely an undroppable player, which your posts seemingly imply?

In fact, I'm curious, would you forgo the chance to sign Bastoni or Gvardiol in favor of Davies being first choice indefinitely?

Given our low-key performances this season so far, I'm fully expecting a game similar to Nottingham Forest. I think they'll press us, dominate possession and chances, but we'll find something in the second half to squeak a goal or two. Whether that'll be enough for a draw or a win, I don't know. I can see Mitrovic getting a goal and their midfield outplaying ours (based on relative forms).

Hopefully, now the players have had a few games of mediocrity, we'll see them raise their game today. Would really love to see Richarlison start from the off to give us some energy and penetration.

Was saying all along for Kulusevski to be benched today - hes fucking tired. He needs a rest.
