This won’t be easy they played well against arse and just beat the lauded Brighton. Can’t imagine much will change and a slow start as we seem to do all the time recently players look tired and we are about to start the heavy schedule.

Spence is very unlikely given Conte’s comments. I’ll take Doherty for Emerson. It’s time Doc gets a proper run out, he must be up to fitness by now.

Still find it funny that he’s gone from a total waste of space and should never be seen ina Spurs shirt again, to DOC

Tricky little fixture, Fulham playing well and showing another of fighting spirit.

Hoping for a win, far from thinking this is going to be anything other than a tough afternoon.

Might we get to see a Bissouma-Bentancur midfield today? I think they could be a nice balance for us.

Need a win today and I think we’ll get it.

So far we’ve won the 3 games we’d expect to and drawn 2 tough away games.

Would love to see Son get back on form.

Just hope to see a good performance today regardless of who plays. There is no good reason why we've looked so poor for large periods of games this far so I'd hope that Antonio has done what's needed, whether that's having given them a rocket up their arse or changed things tactically. He himself cannot be blameless for how some of these games have panned out.

Interested to see if conte does adapt a bit as it seems team to seem to know to flood midfield and let Sanchez and Emerson have the ball then press them etc

Great news that Bentancur and Romero are fit. They are both top class and make a huge difference, especially on the ball

Some good fixtures this weekend which other teams may drop points in but the most obvious one is the Man United v Arse game although Liverpool seem to be trying to turn things around but v Everton isnt ever easy, I expect Chelsea to beat Spammers but you never know - so we should take advantage of this weekend. A bit more jeopardy this weekend compared to last weekends games

Yup that’s one of my two worries about today.

The second is Hugo’s nonchalance with his distribution. I’d hoped we had seen the back of that !

Think Son will start again today. Conte will be praying he scores/assists, otherwise he will have to drop him for the city game which I don’t think he wants to do

I feel sure if he can bag one or two today then it becomes ‘business as usual’

Tough game. Mitrovic will be such a handful! Hope Romero is back for this.

Isn't that often the way? Look at Sanchez. Happened to be on the pitch against average teams that coincided with lots of clean sheets. Suddenly he's a great back up. Then we're reminded he can't actually play football against West Ham, and he's shit again. That's fandom. Same as Emerson, when we're having to defend against good teams he's reasonable, but as soon as we need him to attack, he's hesitant and toothless. Again, depending on the recent opposition he'll either be praised or criticised.

Doherty impressed in Conte's system briefly before he got injured. He deserves the chance to see if he can be more useful going forward than Emerson. I would also like to see Spence get 20 minutes, given we have 5 subs available, but I don't think Conte is ready to use him yet.

Ha ha yeah. It's great to see but he couldn't have bought a positive comment on here a year ago.

I think we’ll see Doherty a lot sooner than we see Spence.

I’d pick this team today, fresh legs at WB, ball playing CBs either side of Dier, with Richy getting a deserved start.

Lloris
Romero — Dier — Lenglet
Spence — Højbjerg— Bentancur — Sessegnon
Kulu — Kane — Richarlison
However, Conte will pick Emerson (or start Doherty) and Davies, and keep picking Son until he scores.
