I'm asking this just to gauge who the majority thinks is the best LB? Just curious because there have been so many divided opinions.

My vote goes to Danny Rose. Our most consistent outfield player, let alone LB, this season. And what a brave man he is as well, never shirking from a 50-50 ball. Hats off Danny.

Gotta go with Rose as I'm a by fan of sheer athleticism at the fullback position, but I think I'd prefer Davies if the opposition had an outstanding right winger/forward.

That fact that Rose is winning this unanimously is a massive credit to him.

Given the stick he's been getting in the last few years, he's responded briliiantly this season in my opinion.
Won't get the same attention as Mason etc, but he's improved just as much imo.

cant say im convinced Rose is a long term answer, but fair play to him for taking on the challenge of Davies arriving in summer and using it to really push on his game, imho he has massively improved this season.

Davies is less prone to defensive lapses, but Rose is better going forward. At the moment, our system requires attacking fullbacks for width and overlapping runs, so Rose is the starter.

I think Davies has the higher ceiling, so would prefer him in the long run.

Rose is in the first 11 on merit at the moment though.

He's less prone to very obvious lapses, but I'd say he's just as prone to lapses overall. If not more so.

Yeah I agree with this. I don't think he's any less prone to defensive mistakes. Rose's tend to be a bit more spectacular though.

Davies is technically a bit smoother, that's the only thing he has going for him in a head to head.

Rose, it's not even close, more pace, more attacking threat and there's not much difference in their defensive capabilities. Davies has been a huge let down, Tottenham was a step too far for him I think - Swansea was his natural level. Be at Villa with Hutton in a couple of seasons.

I don't have a preference at the moment. Just glad to have the LB position nailed with 2 great players. Feel confident with either of them starting :)

Davies really look s scared of running up the sideline and doesn't offer a passing outlet for our midfield.

Ben Davies could well be our best signing for years.

His arrival seems to have changed Danny Rose from hated laughing stock to one of our most influential and important players.

To be fair to Rose he has been superb this season and this is coming from somebody who really disliked the guy last year due to what i thought was a stinking attitude and a limited player. He has proved me wrong and I hope he continues to make my look like a total moron. We do need to look at the FB positions though.
