With Conte’s style of play - strict possession patterns - I think we should treat this game as a very good opportunity to develop our game and get momentum.

Therefore I’d go rather strong. I’d like the 3-5-2 but think we’ll continue with 3-4-3 for a while, so:

Lloris (c) - Tanganga, Dier, Rodon - Emerson, Skipp, Ndombele Sessegnon - Son, Kane, Dele.

Subs: Gollini, Sanchez, Davies, Doherty, Regulion, Winks, Højbjerg, Lucas, Bergwijn, Bryan, Scarlett, Markanday.

Injured: Romero, Lo Celso.

Hopefully we can take Emerson, Son and Kane off after 60 minutes, and give Bergwijn (especially) some game time.

Mura looked dreadful in the group. Burnley away at 2pm gotta be priority now top 4s window has creaked open. Therefore I’d leave Kane and Son at home.

Gollini
Tanga Rodon Sanchez
Doherty. Sess
Ndombele Skipp
Berg Dele Gil

If we are looking to rotate players again

Gollini
Sanchez Tanganga Rodon
Doherty Ndombele Skipp Sessegnon
Bergwijn ???? Bryan
I think Rodon would be better as the center of a back 3, but we lack anyone to come in and play on the left
No idea who would be up front though.

I think a mixture of old heads and those who have been bit part. So the likes of Bergwijn, Ndombele, Dele, Sess, Doherty, with one or two like Dier, Skipp, perhaps son and kane with a half each,

Given Conte's fitness demands I hope Kane/Son and both wing-backs at least partially rested for Burnley at the very least.

Would like to see Ndombele alongside Skipp, Gil in that narrow front three, and Sessegnon given 90 minutes at WB.
