Still not inconceivable we’ll get 5th place and then we can retroactively be ‘Spursy’ as a result of the Man City CAS verdict :sneaky:
Yup, that decision didn't interest but it's in danger of really pissing me off?

If we do get 5th place we really need to push for that Swiss legal investigation, but keep very quiet about it if Chelsea finish 5th

it's been a thrilling watch hasn't it?

I genuinely don’t get it - it’s not like we were Barcelona before Covid . We were complete and utter dross. The last year under Poch was very very poor football in terms of performances and results. Jose is clearly doing something right - tactically, defensive shape, work ethic, having some attacking freedom and getting results. The players are clearly lacking confidence and that reflects in poor touch and movement - but we are still getting good results and we are clearly improving game by game. I’m really not sure what the main reason for criticism is.

Whom will Jose sell among Moura, Lamela and Sissoko in order to accommodate Willian?

All 3 looks like Jose kinda defensive attackers whom he can trust to close out the game ...

I hope and pray that one day you stop longing for the thrilling series of defeats which was Poch’s final year with us
I am not a poch in person, I'm a anyone (caveated - has to be a hipster/ the Atlantic approved manager like naggelsman or gasperini so i can say I knew he would be great before he was famous) but jose person.

Anyone who thinks that Jose is giving lip service about the Europa are wrong. He wants to win a trophy at every club he’s been at come the time he’s retired. If we do qualify I’d expect a final appearance and I’m guessing he will. It’s about his record at clubs too don’t forget and that desire and selfishness is why he wants to qualify. He’ll win it for us and I’ll back him all the way.

Brilliant away win. Performance could be slightly better but quite solid throughout and can’t ask much more than that given they’ve not lost at home since December in the league. Much of an improvement going forwards compared to against Bournemout, certainly many more positive shoots of encouragement in our play and keeps us within a tiny bit of hope of a europa position.

That was one of the most Mouriniho spurs performances yet, especially away from home. Slowly becoming more confident if we can give Jose some players he wants then things will keep improving.

onwards and upwards.
COYS.
