I think it's a very transitional setup... 4-5-1 to 4-3-3 to 3-4-3.

Yeah it's true. I'm not unhappy with it, but that's how Mourinho set up from the start last autumn, so it's not new. On occasion it even looks like 424, which I think is a great approach given that the for in front are Moura, LoCelso, Kane and Son.

Absolutely nothing wrong with how we played that half. Created a few dangerous chances, scored 1, and basically didn't look that troubled at the back aside from their one chance. That's exactly how to play away games.

Add a few more quality players to the team and it would be more emphatic

Spot on, away games never easy, key to keep it tight early on. Room for improvement going forwards in our attacking play but slightly better today and with better players that will also help. We still miss an Eriksen type or dembele replacement

Good news is we’re winning and whilst I wouldn’t say we’ve been poor our central midfield looks disjointed once again. Winks, Sissoko and Lo Celso need to be closer together... there’s been numerous occasions when there’s been colossal gaps between each of them. It’s like they’re playing on their own and forgetting as a 3 they’re responsible for the fluidity and function of our central midfield.

I'm in the we're not playing well camp. We keep leaving Shelvey with too much room & he's causing us problems. The games there to be won go & win it or we'll pay the price.
