We won’t get bought by the Saudis because we’re known as a “Jewish club” and there’s no fucking way on God’s green earth that THAT COUNTRY will own a team whose fans are called the “Yid Army.”

Davinson is better than everyone gives him credit for.

I’m looking forward to life after Kane. (Not because I think he’s shit or detrimental to the team, but it’ll be quite nice to finally rip that band aid off to really see what sort of state we’re in and I don’t think the rebuild really starts until Kane has gone.)

I think our PR and identity and branding is cringey.

I’d quite like to see what a clogger manager like Big Sam would have done with us until the end of the season.

The phrase “painful rebuild” gets on my tits.

The amount of times I’ve read “front foot football” bothers me.

I’m beginning to not rate Kulusevski. I think he will end up as deadwood.

I think whoever replaces Lloris will be worse than Lloris.

Brendan Rodgers would do alright as Spurs’ manager.

We won’t win any silverware in the next five years.

The UAE have a flourishing trade deal with Isreal which was once unthinkable. Saudis not getting involved because of the now mythical Jewish association with Spurs isn’t totally out of the question - they only need to do a bit of homework.
Spurs have been owned by Scholar/ Sugar/ Levy-Lewis for most of my time supporting but I don’t see the support as being very Jewish anymore, particularly those that call themselves yiddoes or use the term ‘Yid’.

Think you would be supprised how 'religious for show' the 1% in Saudi are tbh. Same as everywhere

Vertoghen is the player we have most missed or replaced the least.

I know we had about 2 amazing seasons from Mousa Dembele, Toby being great for a few seasons and Eriksen and Dele offering goals and creativity.

however it’s Verts for me who is perhaps the most skilful defender to have played at this club (not saying better than King or traitor but most technical) and above all who led the backline whose decline really hurt the stability of the team. You could put Dier next to him and Dier would mostly look good.

I rate Romero as a player but he doesn’t lead like Verts. We proper miss him.

This isn't going to go down well

Our fans, and the speed at which they get (1) on the players' backs and (2) shit scared and quiet...are a part of our issues

The players struggle in a nervous, judgmental, unsupportive atmosphere

I'm glad we didn't back Conte with the players he wanted. Zaniolo can't even get a game at Galatasaray. Weston McKennie has been very average.

100% agree. WHL and the new stadium always seem more hostile to our own players than the opposition. It’s like there’s a simmering undercurrent of resentment and entitlement.

Was there even when we were good.
