The acoustics in the new stadium are wasted on our fans. The NLD last year was amazing but its rarely ever like it. The away fans often make it better. If we had the passion of say Liverpool fans our home form would be better. We want to turn our home into a fortress but the fans are the ones letting us down in that regard.

The problem is the dispersal of passionate fans in the new stadium. Put all the ‘noisy’ fans in the south stand and try to replicate Dortmunds Yellow Wall (or the Kop) and give them something to shout about. Let the tourists use the rest the rest of the stadium.

I look forward to every Spurs game even when we're not playing well and honestly enjoy each game on a per game basis - I'd like to be competing at the top of the league but I don't really get too bothered if we're not, there's too many better financed clubs to expect it (in fact I don't really look at the league much now - just watch each game as a one off).

Its all bloody Harrys fault. Redknapp that is.

Before he came we knew our place a second rate team lagging behind the Arse and grateful to play in Europe, even hoping to qualfy through the fair play factor. Then along came Harry and sudenly we were playing exciting football and miracle of miracles playing in the Cl. And we got better and better even making the final of the Cl and finishing above the Arse year after year.

But now its back to reality back to being second rate scrabbling to get into a third rate European competition and finishing in our rightful plase below Arse.

Thanks Daniel for restoring the equilibrian its so much more comfortable now.

But that was the idea, indeed the entire point, of building the South Stand the way it is.

So what went wrong?

I remember him saying this is as good as it will get. I think it was better under Poch but really there wasn't much in it. Top 4 without a trophy or no top 4 and a trophy seems to be our story for the last 30 years. That's why it hurts more when we finish outside top 4 and don't win a trophy either. I'm kind of sick of prioritising league form over cups to be honest.

Like most recent decisions. Great in concept, poor in execution or not having the will to see it through properly. Like backing the manager in transfers.

I'd argue that most recent decisions haven't been great in concept either.

But point taken.

Anyone using a stupid nickname for a player should get a temp ban.

Just read someone call one of our players Fraudjberg.

When posting do people actually remember that they're adults?

Our defenders aren’t as bad as they’ve looked this season, but the constant stress caused by not being able to dominate possession and sitting deeper and deeper has eroded confidence and decision making.

I've said over and over that being continually outnumbered in midfield heaps pressure on us at the back. This has made our defenders jittery and causes them to drop deep. I hope to God Slot bins the pivot. We've been using it relentlessly since Pochettino without the quality of players to make it work. Only Dembele and Wanyama were a good enough pairing.

Not controversial at all, this is fuckin awful

I think Fradujberg is like, knowingly terrible though. Which still makes it terrible, but people calling Sancho "bumcho" are doing it because they think it's actually a good nickname, and that genuinely blows my mind

Like if it doesn't rhyme or alliterate with the syllable you're replacing, it's absolutely terrible and you should be ashamed
And even if it does, you should be (slightly less) ashamed.

  • Hojbjerg's criticism is largely unwarranted. We shouldn't sell him.
  • Sarr > Skipp
  • Emerson should be sold with Porro and Spence being our RBs. Sessegnon should not be sold.
  • We should not sign Lenglet, he's not terrible but is just so average.
  • Reguilon, Gil and Lo Celso should be given the opportunity to prove themselves in pre-season.
  • WHL was a shithole and I'm glad we have the new stadium.

  • Hojbjerg gets way too much slack. We shouldn't sell him.
  • Sarr > Skipp

Is this not a contradiction?
