I really thought when JM was appointed we'd be playing beautiful fluid football.
Fyi, that was sarcasm.
I know we have key players out but we look a disorganised shit show every match.
If he's still here at Xmas I'll be amazed.

Lol always excuses when winks plays poorly.
I haven't said he hasn't played poorly, but considering the job he's done alongside Gio the last 2 - 3 games seems amazing he'd revert back the moment he has an undisciplined lazy player alongside him again. Bit rich, Trix.

Ndombele (in my opinion) needs a defensive midfielder alongside/behind him so that he can play.
When it doesn't come off for him & he loses the ball the opposition are then straight in at an unprotected defence.

I'd give him another 15 minutes & if it isn't working, bring on Lamela for him & move Lo Celso to the centre & then Lo Celso can play in a position where he can influence the game more.
By the way I think Lo Celso should always play centrally (in place of Winks) & dictate our play.

Think it was just one mam who thought it was good enough.

Wasn't it that we weren't acting like a top club bringing in the likes of ndombele , lo Celso . instead trying to absolutely take the piss with villa offering coupons for their best player instead of offering a reasonable price and getting in many others apart from grealish that window
Heeding what poch was saying about the squad and moving on eriksen, Toby, Jan for decent prices
All this stuff just seemed to make him fall out with footy, get brunt out, beco! Miserable and give in

If we had done the kinda business we've done in the last 6/7 months 2\3 years ago I doubt wed be challenging Liverpool but I'm confident wed be well clear in 2nd
Yes, when I said "we", I meant Levy and probably Poch.

if you could just put the best players on the pitch and expect it to work regardless of and tactics and formation we wouldn’t need a manager
They could also use some of their natural talent they are supposed to possess, the manager can't hold their hand while they're out there.

Hey, why not, apparently we don't need a striker either so what the hell.

The problem at the moment is we have limited rotation and the style of play means players are running harder and for longer without the ball.
I think bergwijn was a shrewd signing in January for the money but lack of target man in games like this is telling. There is no out ball which is demoralising, especially when your legs are tired.

Personally I would take off Winks and Vertonghen and bring on Lamela and Skipp.

Play a proper 4-3-3
