Would it bother you if you were going to matches and watching it?
10 mins on MotD is one thing. Spunking £150 and a day out to be fucking bored to death and filled with disappointment is quite another imo.
Nope. As long as we win I don't mind how we play. Honestly.

And like I've said, it would be nice to play good football, but it's secondary for me.

Have we ever had consistent results?

Even in our best seasons under Poch they were littered with awful draws with teams we were expected to beat. It was our downfall in both seasons where we challenged Leicester and Chelsea.

And it's not going to change under a new man, because with the amount of pricks in our current squad no manager is going to be able to get consistent results unless Levy takes a short term hit. And he'll never do that.
Short and sweet post but one of the best I have ever seen on here well said mate.

With Poch we usually fell behind and he had to change it, at least now we go ahead! Shame we just can’t keep it up. There’s one common denominator as usual.

And therein lies the difference. I don't need it to be nice football. I just need and want us to win.

And I'll watch regardless of performance or style of play. It doesn't bother me.
You'll get consistent results with consistency in working as a team on the football pitch. All "winning" teams have that consistency; if they don't, they're not successful. As a fan for me, it's about wanting to watch your team working as a solid, cohesive unit whatever tactics the coach employs. We can get behind it if we see it. We ain't seeing it. We ain't winning, we're also a chore to watch and few signs that anything's improving.

Absolutely but he still made mistakes. He shouldn't be absolved of them, just forgiven far easier.
He isn’t a right back and I’m not even convinced he is a good enough centre back but being from the academy some fans over rate him! He needs a loan big time to see if he can do it at centre back for a team

If we got top 4 of course he’d deserve another season, I think that’s undeniable. But there’d be a very justifiable fear that it was just delaying the inevitable.

Long and short is, we’re at the business end of the season and I don’t think any of us can honestly say we’ve enjoyed supporting Spurs so far this season.

I don't want another season of Mourinho however this one pans out.

You can’t let one off and criticise the other in this instance imo, 2 players booting the ball right at the opposition both as bad as each other here
Tanganga has 10 Prem appearances, Sanchez has 100. I think Tanganaga should be cut a little slack.
Also seen as he's been playing out of position and didn't have any support in that situation.

Sanchez is a full international, has played in a WC and Copa America, he should be guiding players now.

He may be 24 but he's very very experienced. EL final, Copa Libertadores finals are high pressured games and he shouldn't be needing to hold someone's hand for guidance, he should be guiding Tanganga.

What?

That's nothing to do with what I was talking about.

All I'm saying is I don't care how we perform as long as we win.

On a second note, how would you all feel if somehow Mou got us top 4 and won the cup? would you still want him shit canned? Personally I would as it seems like we need someone that is seen more longterm but I would still feel weird firing him if that makes any sense
It makes sense what you say. If by some stretch of the imagination he survives this what I would want is for our custodian to take him to office and demand that he keeps his opinions of our players to himself on not air our dirty laundry in public any more. If he has a problem with a player explain what it is and coach him on how he wants him to play and keep coaching until he gets it right.

A couple of clobberings from the Manchesters and a sense of urgency re management may arise imo and it could happen .

I'm saying that consistency is key; that'll reflect in both performances and results. We all want to win obviously, but that won't happen without consistent performances - that means the coaching staff getting the best out of our squad. I get your point about winning beats all in a general sense, but this is about our current situation. No winning and a shitshow to watch.
