It's impossible to know exactly where the blame lies. I'd probably trust the situation a bit more if it was someone other than Jose making judgement, but we're not the ones who see what he's like in training every day.

It's just annoying because we see players with far less ability given more chances on the pitch, whether that be here or at other clubs. He's our record signing and we barely even see him come on for 5 minutes.

As a fan it's incredibly frustrating to witness, especially when we're playing as badly as we are.

He will no doubt go straight into the starting 11 of quality players binned by Mourinho. Will do well in midfield with De Bruyne and Salah playing in front.

The same guy who couldn't figure out how to work with Salah, De Bruyne, Lukaku, Martial & Pogba? Why the fuck would we trust that guy regarding things like that?

It doesn't take rocket science to realize that Ndombele isn't responding well to the sort of treatment Jose is giving him. Ndombele needs to work harder no doubt about that. But we pay Mourinho 15mil to figure this shit out. Its unacceptable.

Yeah. Does NDombele need to work harder? Yes, probably.

But arguably the main job of a manager is to get the most out of his players. Jose isn't doing that, therefore he's failing. I don't understand the people absolving either Ndombele or Jose of any responsibility - it's probably the failure of both of them combined.

Doesn't GLC's story also mean Ndombele could be off? All the ITK had down that Jose loved Tanguy at first, but maybe rightly or wrongly he's had enough.

All this bollox about KDB & Salah - he sold them when they were 2/3 seasons off the finished article. Brought in the players he wanted and won the league & cup

I think you will find Sissoko has been Infront of him in the French team as well at times, so it's not just Jose.

I can understand more with France, Sissoko is the water carrier, they have so many creative players, whilst we are crying out for some creativity, which is not Sissokos game

It really does smell like another jose playing silly buggers situation but obviously we don't really know. It's just a depressing situation all round. We have so much money invested in tanguy.
