Mad how this has turned out. This time last year we were all in dream land after getting him.

Classic Jose though. When the likes of sissoko and winks constantly start ahead of you, something ain't right.

Whoever gets him are a lucky club.

Really don't think we can put the full blame on Jose.

Poch was barely playing him either and the player's performances have hardly earnt him a place in the team.

And there is such horrible precedent for this to even be remotely justified from Mourinho. De Bruyne, Salah, Lukaku, Pogba, Martial. All of those clubs should have told Mourinho to fucking deal with it and quit being an asshole.
Lukaku?

He may have all the talent on the world but if he truly isn't bothering on training then you can't blame Poch or Jose not starting him. You can't just play someone because they were expensive.

I have no doubt that if Mourinho just put his arm around Ndombele and genuinely tried to work with him, it wouldn't be like this. But instead he only knows how to be an asshole.

How can you possibly be in no doubt that the above would work out? You couldn't know that. I'm more inclined to trust that the manager is picking those that deserve to be picked.

Jose wasnt sure on GLC when he first joined, Was in the bench a fair bit, he then earned Jose’s trust and been fanstastic, I’m 100% if Tanguy was producing anything in training he’d be playing

If you can't start any games when they come thick & fast, that tells you all you need to know about Jose's trust in him. I highly doubt he'll be here next season

To be fair though, Jose isn't the most popular manager we've ever had and if results don't go his way quickly, he could lose his job. After that performance at Burnley would you put your job on the line for Ndombele? He has to earn that trust back. If it was me, even if I thought he was ready, I'd wait a couple more weeks to see how he reacted in training.

Edit:
Although, I really want to see Ndombele play and succeed on the pitch.

Don't think Lukaku would have been more valuable to Chelsea than sending him to Everton for 28 mil when he's been transferred for around 70mil twice now?
He replaced him with Diego Costa for similar amount and he was scoring every 104 min while Lukaku every 287 min in the league
Also, he bought him in United and played 4k minutes in first season.
