If you had to draw any positive from this result I suppose it could bring us back down to earth after the City result, similarly to when we lost to Leicester. Hopefully keeps us on our toes and keep up the winning streak in the league

From reading on here you would think that this palace side dominated us!

The only reasons we aren't through is due to us beeing so wasteful and a ref that let Palace play so dirty. They should have had about 4 yellows during the first 45, instead they didn't receive one before the 75ish minute.

Hint of 'one of those days' but when you gift a goal like that and then fail to produce even a half chance in then last 20 minutes then do you deserve to win? Bentaleb and Walker back to their complete brain farting best. Son lacks a few cells too it has to be said. Very disappointed with that. Palace are awful.

That is why Bentaleb isn't in the team. What an awful, lazy performance. Vorm, Rose, Walker, Mason, Bentaleb and Eriksen all awful.

The only positives to come from that game was Onomah and the fact that it was hopefully Vorm's last appearance for the club this season.

Well clearly by the team we put out today it is a choice. It was a risk and it almost paid off but the fact is we want the league no matter what the manager and players say to the media.

Why?

Europa league is 10x as hard to win (especially with the stupid rule of the CL drop outs)

We were 3 games away from a major cup final... Those 3 games in comparison to half a dozen gruelling European fixtures... I know what I'd rather have in our schedule (if pushed to choose one)
