What ITK?
Maybe Archie saying it won't be signed til after Confed Cup?

Found it in the Paulinho thread again. Wasn't very visible.

Where's Archibald when you need him. Refuse to believe anything until he confirms it!!!

Villa and Deulofeu double swoop.... Maybe with the acquisition of Naymar he is feeling a little uncertain about his roll at the club... Quick AVB, get in there and sell tottenham life to him before barcerlona reassure him that he will be as important as Messi one day. DO IT NOW!

There's been suggestions in Spain that both Valencia and Seville are really keen on getting him. He's not convinced that he's going to get the playing time he wants and I believe he is pushing to get a chance to play regularly somewhere
I can't see Barca letting him go on anything but a loan deal or buy back option as they rate him highly, however despite that who's place could he get? catch 22 with a few of the young Barca players now

We should be throwing out hat in the ring for him though, same with Alvaro Morata at Real

Maybe not but he was voted best player in the pl. Which isn't bad.
So was Alan Shearer - in his prime. Less good now though.

However, mates who support other teams still rate him - Parker is a solid player who doesn't have to be put out to pasture as an urgent measure just yet. If someone offers decent money and we have a couple of players ahead of him it may be time to move him on but he is still capable if needed.

The people at Real Madrid are strange folks.

The three representatives are still in England but they ain't at spurs. We had a discussion last week about bale, higuain and potentially sending youth coaches to Madrid.

I imagine the delegation are looking at Suarez or Rooney. They won't sign bale it's all a bluff

In a team who didn't have much of the ball. It's about levels; the guy is attrocious with the ball. We usually dominate possesion.

The statement made, was that he has never been world class, 2011 he was voted best player in the richest league in the world. Whatever he did last season for whatever reason you can't take that away from him.

English papers have linked arse for higuain and chelski with varane lol, modric and alonso

Also Madrid aren't after Rooney and Suarez isn't their first choices with cavani first choice but expensive

paulinho thread saying everything agreed, will sign once cup ends. would really love paul, villa, lamela. will make the transition of bale leaving much easier with lamela taking over....or we can just win the league and CL

I personally think that if Sig had got the run of games that Dempsey was afforded in the middle of the season, he would've scored just as many 'important goals' and would also have contributed far more compared to the multiple non existent displays Dempsey also put in. Sig showed at the end of the season that he also has that knack for being in the right place at the right time, and to me, the Dempsey 'important goals' argument is fairly redundant

I agree with this to a point. I don't think Sig got enough chances in the centre like Dempsey did, especially once Deuce arrived.
However, you can't knock the Dempsey important goal argument - goals against Man City and Stoke towards the end of the season got us back into those games.
