Good morning ITK freaks.....
As for the ITK, well, absolutely nothing of note happened yesterday. Again :(

Have I said good morning? I think I did.........anyway......Good morning ITK freaks........

As for the ITK, well, absolutely nothing of note happened yesterday. Again :(

I'm starting to feel strange........Have we been here before? I'm sure we have........Good morning ITK freaks.....
As for the ITK, well, absolutely nothing of note happened yesterday. Again :(

Everything is spinning and hetting blurry, I feel like i'm in a whirlpoooooooool

Oh no! We're trapped in a space time warp continiue-um black hole type thingy, comdemned to forever live the same events every day.

To spend eternity waiting for a signing. Reading reports and ITK linking us with this player or that. Forever in a loop of the same players, info and whinging. Each day will be filled with tight assed whingers moaning someone said good morning, a couple of posters waving the dicks in the air and barging into eachother like skinheads bopping and vaginal repair work requiring scaffolding and traffic cones as well as three gangs of tarmaccing pikeys.

Still.....ah well. It ain't that bad. Or is it? Think of poor Danny boy. Trapped in a world where deadline day never arrives. Forever pacing up and down awaiting his big moment. It'll drive him insane. All he'll have left is negotiating players contracts, no players in, no players out.

But we get to keep Gareth Bale! At least until he loses his pace and his ears drop. In the future I can see the ITK now........The 73 year old William Gallas signed a 2yr contract extension. Bale is still going nowhere. Nobody is going nowhere. There won't be any room for ITK in colours. It might actually be worthwhile just for that.

To lift the boredom, Levy invents a board game called 'On the Brink', a brilliant cross between Countdown, Monopoly and Mousetrap, where you have to skillfully move footballers around the board, avoiding pitfalls such as being injured by a great big falling cage, or getting cards such as 'Move back three spaces, do not pass FFP, do not collect TV money' and beating the clock to make a signing, by rearranging randomly picked letters to form a players name.............

But what's that you say? We aren't trapped in a vicious groundhog day jerk circle? I'm making it up? I'm dreaming?

Shit........Are you sure? Blimey, it all seemed so real......... OK then, i'll take your word for it. What a relief. But please tell me the vaginal stuff was true? Give me something to live for.......It was? Cool. How weird was that? Groundhog day huh? Yes, yes, i'll take my tablets.........OK i've got a thread to do.......

Good morning ITK freaks...........

Don't we need 2 players for every position? 3 first choice CM's in Sandro, Dembele and Paulinho will need three backups, no? Therefore I'm not sure it's a good idea to sell Livermore, Hud and Parker in one go. Holtby will be able to play there I suppose, but beyond him we'd be looking at square pegs in round holes like Vert and Siggy.

Don't get me wrong - Parker is getting on a bit, and I don't rate Hud at all, nor Livermore actually. I'd quite like to get rid of them! However if AVB is serious about 4-3-3 we'll be needing more CM's not fewer!
How is Siggy a square peg? He's fairly similar to Paulinho in some ways

Sandro, Dembele, Paulinho, Holtby, Siggy and Carroll is an awesome 6 competing for those 3 CM spots.

Parker, Huddlestone and Livermore would all be surplus to requirements then.

The lack of any ITK over the last couple of days is IMO telling. No news is good news sometimes people.

Wonder if we'll hear anything from the ITKs today regarding Paulinho. Relying on twitter and the Daily Mail doesn't fill me with confidence.

Why? What did he say?
Paulinho 'will' happen, paraphrase

Edit, there's a litte argument with a user called mentiar in the paulinho thread, which came in the main transfer thread. Quite hard to follow SO with all the fighting right now

Parker is still needed as cover for Sandro.

If you can get the post I'll stick it in the RO, although off the top of my head I can't remember what Jasper's track record is like.

Jasper also said

I MAKE YOU RIGHT HERE MENTIAR, SO CORRECTION DUE; iT IS EXPECTED TO HAPPEN AFTER CONFEDS, SUBJECT TO ANY UNFORESEEN AS ALL SEEMS AGREED. SORRY, CAP LOCKS ACCIDENT, AND HONESTLY NOT SHOUTING. I ACCEPT THE CORRECTION.

n response to:

I'm certain that nobody not even the player himself can know that it 'will' happen.

I can tell you that it is 'possible' that it will happen and that is more factual 'ITK' than someone who makes stupid statements that says it 'will' happen.

Maybe there's clamp down at HQ and General Levy has the stormtroopers lurking around every corner waiting to pounce at the slightest bum squeek pertaining to to ITK!!!!!

While Parker on the face of it would seem decent back up to Sandro, the other point to consider is that this summer is probably the last chance we'll get at recouping a decent amount for him. I think Levy will allow him to go for 4 or 5m which someone will pay despite his age - whether Parker will want to leave is another issue

Darvos' legs have gone and his poor use of the ball makes him unsuited to our new style. I really don't think he justifies his wages any more

In the absence of Sandro, a trio of Paulinho, Dembele and Holtby (say) is amply strong enough defensively.
