Just read that they were sacked because they didn't want the chairman to have total control over transfers. Which is ridiculous. If it's a financial issue and the Cowley's are asking for players that are unattainable I'd get it. But I imagine this is just a chairman to scared to give any element of control to others and I can't see the Cowley's being too demanding, unless they've said the club needs a lot of recruitment to move forward and the chairman disagrees (he's wrong if that's the case).I'm shocked that Huddersfield got rid of Cowley who was doing a great job on a shoestring with a team of loanies really, hopefully him and his brother get a decent Club in for them, good coaches both of them,vI think Huddersfield could be in trouble next season, they're struggling financially imo
Feel a bit bad for their fans. They've gone from their previous chairman who was totally committed to a vision of getting in the PL and who loved the club plus Wagner who brought so much joy to the club, to this mess within a couple of years.
