You're not going anywhere if you have Rice and Henderson in your midfield.

It’s just you don’t need both of them. Winks has to be in there instead of one of them. I’d play Grealish in there too personally so then you have 2 players capable of keeping the ball under pressure in him and winksy. Play those two and one of the others as a sitter in front of the back 4.

I swear the commentators during Euro 2004 would call him Rositsky/Rosiksky and I along with everyone I know always called him that until he left Arsenal and I realised it's Rosicky.

Is this a false memory or does anyone else remember the commentators mispronouncing his name?

In Czech and many other eastern European languages the letter C is pronounced like a TS sound so something along the lines of ROS-ITS-KI is the correct pronunciationso the commentators were more right than wrong.

You can hear a couple of audio clips of Czech people pronouncing it properly here:

Declan Rice and Michael Keane look abit short at this level. To be fair to Rice he is young and has shown glimpses of having talent to make it at international/ champions league level but given his performances in last two games he certainly shouldn’t be starting for England at the mo.

Not sure why Southgate persist in playing Rose a head of Chillwell as well. Danny hasn’t exactly been in the best of form this season.

Rose is finished at the highest level

I think that’s going a bit far, but he’s making me think that possibly he will be out the door in January. Whilst still a good player on his day, he’s playing like he’s not a happy chap and that’s not helping anyone.

Due to boredom I watched Rose’s goal against Arsenal on his full EPL debut... he had a massive smile on his face and oozed passion and enthusiasm. Fast forward 9 years and he looks a right miserable sod who’s no longer interested in the game and it’s showing week in week out. Last night he didn’t attack, not that he’s any good going forward but defensively he was shocking and didn’t even try... jogging and even walking at times when he lost the ball. As a top flight footballer, especially with us he’s finished.

I think you could be right. He’s had his issues but end of the day if he’s not doing the business on the pitch he needs to leave.
