And a little snippet i have heard on the grapevine regarding adebayor. Spurs paid £70k a week last season, city paid £125k a week ..... so essentially for adebayor to sign permanently he will have to take a minimum £115k drop per week in wages.... make of that what you will

article in the mirror said Adebayors agents begging Levy to make the deal permant and that city will have to pay Adebayor 5 mil lump sum payment for the difference in wages

So today (being Sunday and the end of the weekend) would be the D Day for Adie's ITK, otherwise how would he be able to come Monday morning to confirm or make excuses for his ITK at that time?

It does depend of course what DOF stands for. It can have a wide variety of meanings and mean anything you want. Defender of Fuckups? Defender of the Faith?

We need 2 really, unless we're selling Defoe. We only need 3 strikers plus VDV, I think.

If the 2 are target men/capable of playing on their own then Defoe can be the 3rd striker. If 1 is in the mould of Defoe then I would sell him and ideally want 3 replacements (2 experienced, 1 young - Adebayor, Remy and De Jong).

And this isn't a pop at anyone in particular because i've seen it quite a few times but can we please stop with the 'has there been any ITK on *insert players name here*................It's lazy and often turns the conversation toward a player that there hasn't even been info on. Check the Read Only (One assumes you're all keeping current with it) and check the player threads to see if there's a thread on him and answer the question for yourselves.
