Football is a different type of corporation & a lot of footballers are vat registered, There is a lot of reclaimable tax involved in football clubs so there is no creative accounting required.. & by saying creative accounting is implying fraudulent activity
In my example of Starbucks & Amazon then yes I was implying fraudulent activity, when the whole thing blew up last year on them.
In reference to Tottenham that wasn't the case. My point was in reference to earlier ITK this window that "Levy has only paid tax on transfers twice because of how he reinvests the money". By the logic I imagine we have a very good set of accountants at our club that scrutinize all aspects of the clubs finances in order to best benefit the club, be it by profits or reinvestment into the stadium, squad, etc (Within the law of course)
