"On the 15th January 2014, Sneijder signed with Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth a reported 20.5 million euros"
Hilarious.
Hilarious.
I dont actually want us to sign anyone or sell anyone either.
Its appears our club is being run like a football management game, selling players like cars every 6 months for a small profit, no long term strategy. Players not played in the position they play and never given time to settle.
I'm quite disheartened by the whole thing at the moment. The days of being excited by the transfer window are very much over for me.
Its doesn't take a genius to work out that buying and selling 10 players every season is not exactly a great idea.
Meh.
Edit: Oh and If I were a player, I wouldn't come anywhere near the club..
Hey Max, thanks for the donation and welcome to the madhouse!Hi all.

Yeah he'd fit nicely at RW...So who on here has gone and updated Wesley Sneijder's wikipedia page????
Capoue was an AVB signing though, nothing to do with Baldini. The feeling i am getting around the club is there is a big game of one upmanship going on between TS and FB. Sherwood was on the comitte and maybe he was against a couple of the signings that were made, which some ITK can be read a bit that way (carroll > holtby and Bentalab > Capoue for sherwood anyway)
Whilst it is refreshing to give youth a chance TS is playing a bit of a dangerous game because not many clubs produce several players in one shot that can work in a prem side competing where we do and he needs to be 100% sure that they can handle it because if they are not ready then it really is down to him.
Capoue is good foil for sandro in that the latter seems to have injury issues and there is no one else, playing with a DM or not the option may bot even be there if sandro continues picking up these niggles.
Holtby is a funny one but at this stage selling anyone especially players we only purchased in the summer is crazy to even discuss and can't be helping the squad as a whole.
He's used a letter 'o' instead of a zero. An indicator both of the reliability of the update and the closeness of the eyebrows of the perp.Even the grid on the side with careers stats/teams has been updated.

No, please, just no. We're going to have this for fucking years aren't we? Like the tennis matches we keep getting over so and so being an Arnesen/Comolli signing.Capoue was an AVB signing though, nothing to do with Baldini.
Right but in the case of Bentley he was given a lot of chances before we finally got rid and he never went on to prove himself at Spurs of elsewhere in the years he was with us.
Lamela (and Capoue) both deserve at least 2 years at Spurs to show what they can produce.
I Know what you mean lol, but this came straight from Jason Burt. No, please, just no. We're going to have this for fucking years aren't we? Like the tennis matches we keep getting over so and so being an Arnesen/Comolli signing.
Hilarious indeed. As if Levy would pay that much for someone approaching 30. Where's the future value in that?
Anyone else still wondering who that target was that Grey Fox said in the summer we would go back in for?
