he dismissed it the very second he heard it, if you are really unaware, you will take a wee bit longer to process the question and think whether it is true / false.

I think your points have been interesting tbh. Wonder if his responses and how his body gives info might be down to speaking a second language i.e. having to consider his response? Genuine question

could be. but he has a more than good command of the language. definitely better than benny's!
one thing i am trying to label definitively - is he right or left handed - from the celebration gif of our goal at newcastle, i'd reckon right.
and throughout the whole 3:54s in the clip from the link posted here, he hardly "recalled" anything... a lot of "constructing". i'd have to watch more of his interviews.
lastly, as mentioned by brasilyid, and popularized by the american series "lie to me" - there are definitive micro expressions that cannot be hidden, they just reveal themselves, but in a flash so much so that you have to really slow it down to catch it sometimes.
see if you can catch avb bemused internal grins throughout the 3:54.
and more than lastly, people's non verbal cues seem to be pretty homogenous except for specific deep rooted cultural norms like say deference to authority.

hey! watsup mate! it's 335am actually. had a quick nap to sleep off our first loss at the futsal league. been good, did get my knee busted during post season friendly though... how's kiwi land? everything go a-ok? apologies couldn't catch up before you flew..

and just to stay on topic, yeah it was interesting to read him. but a lil discouraged after sun's comment so didn't carry on on the other potential targets thrown at avb - willian and leandro
