I don't know if it has been shared but there is a quote from the Zenit president today saying Witsel's buyout is 100m Euros.

Surely we can cross him off then?!

So as it stands, the 'best' of the ITK is suggesting Berahino and Witsel.

That would make for an excellent window but we all know how it usually pans out………It isn't unusual for us to get the collective horn on the last day or two only for the transfer window to close her legs and say get off big boy.

But the big question is whether you will join the BSODL if that happens...?

Austin is doable for us but is way down the list and in my humble opinion would be a panic buy and just for the reasons mentioned around Harry burning out

Come to think of it, IIRC we had representatives in St. Petersburg a few weeks back, but I brushed it off bc I really couldn't think of who we would realistically sign from Russia (in general). Now I can't help but feel a sensational tingle that we may actually know what we are doing, and if so we are boding well for the future! TO HOPE ?

Not so much the age, still only 25 - but injuries have been a problem IIRC. But totally agree.
