I don’t think as many will go as come in as conte has talked about the small squad last season and wants greater depth. I’m not so worried about budgets and cash flow because we have levy at the helm. It’s literally his expertise and he will not put the club in a vulnerable position. This is a remarkable step the club is taking this summer and I hope it works and we finally see some steady success. Whilst I don’t see city type domination I feel that it puts us into the Chelsea domain of being regularly in for cups and every few years able to challenge for a tittle. If in 15 years we look back and see the returns Chelsea have had over the past 15 years or so it will have been a huge change in the fortunes of this club. Anyway I’m happy to see fun time Fridays replaced by Fab Fridays. Let the 10 day countdown commence….
Any success we have will be deemed a far greater than Chelsea's, as they never had Man City's sports washing to contend with? Whole heartedly agree with rest? The fact that the Chelsea's fans cannot see the shift in momentum is great... thanks to all ITKs.

Interesting thing this window, we started off with Perisic on a free but other than that we've bought nobody from Italy in spite of word that Fabio is over there with hls little black book. That alone makes me think there's got to be substance to the ITK on Inter and more to come likely to be from over there.

I'd like to see some outs soon. I know the signings are the priority for pre-season and we have ages to flog the deadwood but it's a decent amount of budget locked up in players we're expecting to shift.

Rob, I think that Conte/Paratici/Levy want to make sure that incomings are sewn up before letting players go, it would be daft to let a player go out if we didn't have cover surely?

It would, absolutely. Someone should have told the cowards that in January.

Edit: for clarity, I'm talking about Arsenal.

Its interesting that we've done £90 million on 2 players that arent nailed on starters! Both improve the squad without doubt but how times have changed when we are all rightly pleased with our summer spending yet you could argue that our first 11 isn't stronger.

Conte has made us into such an effective team its difficult for us to dramatically improve the first 11. It's similar to the poch team at its peak, we had really good players that were more than the sum of their parts.

What bissouma and richarlison give us is depth and the ability to change things. How good is it to be able to bring in Bissouma and richarlison for Peh/skipp and kulu or vice versa?

I think we are going to be a very, very formidable team next season!

We seem to absolutely be the team that's noticed the significance in the 5 sub rule change so far. I think the way we are going about our business means we can have as many options, albeit not at the same quality levels as the likes of City.

Throw the winter world Cup in and a jam packed fixture list due to it and I can totally see why this approach has been a focal point of our activities so far

It's a auto correct because I constantly use the term you're when telling the lad that works for me you're a twat so it will always change it that way even if I correctly type your.
But thanks bro ? keep up the good work. ?
