No, that's Bosko Sutalo. Also playing for Dinamo Zagreb, same position, same age, same height, they grew up in nearby places, but not blood related.

Looks like a Tapsoba alternative to me, the Raya to Vicario change of target. Not a natural LCB in the Jan/VdV mould, but appears (from clips) comfortable enough on his left foot that he is seen in both the RCB or LCB channels, pretty much how Tapsoba has been seen.
