Yep, Dawson certainly seems the odd one out. I hate the shit he gets on here but he just isn't cut out for a team which plays it out from the back and presses high up the pitch.

Am I right in thinking, judging by JJ's tweet, that we are happy to sell one of Paulinho, Capoue, Dembele and Sandro?

The thing that worries me is that he's only had 2 days training with Dembele and Sandro and hasn't even seen Paulinho in training yet.

He knows what he's doing I guess. I defo wouldn't want to see 2 of them go to make way for MS. 1 I can deal with (if Poch really wants him which he obviously does) but 2? not for me

I would hope we'd keep Fredericks if Naughton goes. I don't want Naughton to be sold personally but I can understand why he wants to leave because he won't get first-team football here. I suppose the links to Miguel Lopes signing on loan could be true?

The agent will most likely get a cut of the transfer fee. Probably 5%ish. So the bigger the fee, the better holiday he and his family can have next year.

At the risk of stink eye, and since it marginally ties into JJs tweet - we seem locked into the 4-2-3-1 (or minor variations from it). If Schneiderlin comes in as one of the CMs, you are looking at 4 guys competing for 1 spot (I don't think any of them make sense for any of the attacking mid roles - maybe, if I stretch my imagination, Paulinho, but that would be a big stretch). Then you include Bentaleb in the mix, and it makes sense that you end up with 4 players for those CM positions. Maybe you can get by with 5 players - but then playing time becomes an issue, even with mid-week games.
