Team vs Hearts (home)

I thought I'd make a thread bearing in mind the team will be presumably weaker than usual so we may see some of our younger players.

The young players I have been told we have officially registered in our European Squad (not sure if we're allowed to add any more) are:

3) Andros Townsend
4) Dean Parrett
5) Ryan Fredericks
6) Kudos Oneyuga (on loan)
7) Tom Carroll
8) Jake Nicholson
9) Adam Smith
10) Callum Tapping
11) Jesse Waller-Larssen
12) Alex Pritchard

I may have missed a couple as I was told this over the phone, not given a list, so this may not be exactly the case but it should be pretty close.

The Lineup I think we should play is:

I see no reason to risk any first team players, so take out Lennon, Kaboul and Gomes. Whichever of Walker and Corluka isn't starting against Utd, Rose if fit.

Love to see Carrol, Kane and Townsend starting, for sure.

Still getting it tight from Hobo mates. Only consolation is we get to pump them next Sunday. I want to really give it to them. Horrible bunch of smack heads. Thursday is a tricky one again as we don't want another hiding but the more important game is against the tramps. Could be another sore one. Hopefully we can't be as bad as last week. Good luck on Monday,ill give it a look.

I'd like to see someone a bit more accomplished in the middle of the pitch, just to run the game smoothly so I'd pick Kranjcar again but other than that I wouldn't mind a team like that, Rebrab.

Oh and I'd give Friedel a game.

He could still feature in the Champions League even if he plays for us in the WAFA Cup.

Smith is on loan. I think there may be one or two more rgistered, e.g. Lancaster?

Would like to see Carroll and Kane start, and Parrett if fit. I can't see any other youngsters coming into contention. No idea why Bostock wasn't registered, but he hardly featured in pre-season.

Not been at teh club long enough to qualify for the B list, so would mean sacrificing someone experienced from the A list, the way Ramos did when he left out the deadwood and included newly poached first year academy boys Parrett and Bostock.

Pitty Pineaar wasn't fit, could of played him on the right.

I wouldn't risk Lennon, need him up for Sunday against City.

As much as we'd all love to see the likes of Carroll and Kane, we all know it isnt going to happen.

A lot will depend on how those with niggling injuries recover. Could see a couple of names in there to get fitness, but I would definitely expect Rose, Townsend and Livermore to play, with a bunch full of kids
