last time we brought in ndombele and lo celso, hopefully under paratici there would be improvement
The difference with those signings was we were just trying to replace what we had lost or were losing in Dembele and Eriksen. It wasn’t improvement, it was trying to maintain the status quo.

so if we sell sanchez and Tanganga that still leaves us.

Romero/No one Dier/Rodon Davies/New LCB.

Two players for each position is vital if we want to be consistent especially if we have champs league as well.

The idea is that as well as selling two we also buy two. Sanchez and Tanganga out. And for example, De Vrij and Gvardiol in.

Romero, Dier, De Vrij, Gvardiol, Rodon and Davies, is a ridiculously good set of CBs for a back 3.

We're not left with no cover for Romero or Dier though. Since Rodon can play anywhere across the back line he'd be able to stand in for Romero, Dier or Davies. He was out for quite a while with a rib injury and since then Romero/Dier/Davies have been ever present. Just because he's not been used I don't think it means Conte doesn't rate him, but we'll have to wait and see. I think we'd regret selling him personally.

I'm not so sure about Rodon not being rated thoughts.

I've expressed numerous times that I thought he had the skill set to be a good CB for us, however, what's that, three different managers now and still not featuring.

Think it might be that he's not at the level we require.

Again, shame because he looked like he had all the tools to succeed.

Been very good for Wales whenever I've seen him, and that's quite impressive for a player who hasn't had regular football. I don't understand why he doesn't get a chance either, but I guess it's a case of 'if it's not broken, don't fix it'.

With the news that Burnley have sacked Dyche, you have imagine that they're favorites to get relegated. In that scenario, I would love for us to look at signing Dwight McNeil from them. He's 22, HG, solid crossing ability and really impressive close control, Conte could mold him into a really effective LWB ( I watched a couple Burnley games and McNeil was deployed as an auxiliary LB/LWB ) and he only has 2 years left on his contract.

Does he have enough pace to get up and down the touchline? Genuine question as I really try not to watch Burnley

that's why our squad is getting worse and worse, we seldom add additional quality to the squad but replace the key players with poor players

He hasn’t been able to break into their team in recent times though and has been on the bench. I doubt he is the answer.

Lloris
Romero _____ _____
_____ Bentancur _____ _____
Kulusevski Kane Son

Please improve the other 5, Mr Paratici
Disrespectful to Dier who has been excellent, also still believe in Skippy. Our record with and without him this year is very informative

No worries, that's a fair question. I'll compare him to our current squad. He's quicker than Sessegnon and maybe a level slower than Reguillon. So a really good burst of acceleration but not a crazy amount of straight line speed. What he has over both of them is that he's a really effective dribbler , great close control and a really consistent crosser ( thanks to how Burnley play ). If you have 8 minutes to spare, I included a really informative analysis video that does a fair job addressing his strengths and weaknesses.

My discount LCB option would be Marcos Sensei. He's been loosely linked to Juve, wonder if he's on Paratici's radar as well.
