Ndicka surely makes the most sense, right? Gvardiol, Bastogni probably too expensive, Schlotterbeck looking elsewhere and Pau Torres (I think) will be a trainwreck in the PL.

Ndicka is young, could push Davies immediately which is what we want (not just another very raw youth prospect) and you got to think he’d love to come here.

Kostic and Ndicka would solve two needs for us immediately and presumably won’t break the bank.
If we can get 30+ for Lo celso, get Kostic for about that much then we are absolutely laughing.

Move on Sanchez for 25 and Rodon for 12 mil and then throw 50 at Ndicka and we are looking much better imo.

Try and get absolutely anything for Ndombele, wish some Chinese team would come spunk 50 mil

With Gvardiol, Bastoni och Schlotterbeck looking like hard deals to do. Botman supposedly joining Milan (and wouldn't fit our needs anyway). Pau Torres as good a player as he is, technically and with the ball, hr might not have the physical dimension needed. So we're probably looking further down the list, and Evan N'Dicka's name start to resuraface. Has anyone watched him this season?

One year left. 22 years old. 192 cm. Quite good with the ball if I'm not mistaken. Arsenal and PSG have been linked as well.

He's my choice for LCB. Very comfortable playing as a LCB in a 3 man back-line.
We have missed a set piece specialist for ages now. Would be a breath of fresh air.

On N'Dicka, always liked the player but questioned his decision making at times. Tonight summed him up to a tee. Brilliant performance, then gets 2 yellows and gives away a pen in last 5mins of stoppage time at 3-1 up.

Still only 22, let Conte work with him to iron out that part of his game. He has all the attributes to become a really impressive CB for years to come.

I posted this about a week ago.....

" The 22-year-old’s developing football IQ has also ensured that he is tactically flexible, having featured in a range of systems and having been deployed in multiple contrasting roles under Glasner and former manager Adi Hütter. Early in his reign at Frankfurt, Hütter was renowned for deploying a 3-4-1-2 system which aimed to get the best out of his two dynamic centre-forwards Luka Jović and Sebastien Haller.

Morphing into a 3-2-5 in possession, Hütter gave license for wing-backs Filip Kostić and Danny da Costa to overlap high and wide in order to draw defenders away from the channel where versatile Croatian Ante Rebić and the aforementioned Jović and Haller would clinically finish opportunities.

In this system, N’Dicka was primarily used on the left of the back 3 for his vision and ability to quickly progress the ball. When coming against teams that pressed with a front two, Frankfurt would often circulate the ball to the right, drawing the opposition’s pressers towards the right-side before quickly shifting it to N’Dicka on the left who would pick out the likes of Rebić, Jović and Haller between the lines. "

EDIT:
Sounds like Kostic is familiar with playing as a LWB. Double swoop for both Kostic and N'Dicka would be smart business.

The players that I'm hoping Paratici is keeping an eye, that also wouldn't severely impact our budget and would certainly improve the team are:

Kostic (LWB)
N'Dicka (LCB)
Laimer (CM/DM)
Grillitsch (CM/DM)

I think this is the type of raw player Conte would salivate over elevating. Tidy up his decision making and composure and there's a real player there.

We could say that about Sanchez and Conte failed to do that enough. Sometimes a player just can’t.

When you say not severely at least two of those would go for well north of 40mill, i like the list though

EDIT: Just seen contract situations so that would bring the price down.

Would be happy with both. Lots of noise about de vrij and isn’t his position diers rather than LCB??
Yes and he's having a poor season for his standards, especially poor when Skriniar plays like a top 5 CB in the world, and Bastoni is great too. Their plan is to replace De Vrij with Bremer who is a lot better right now.

Conte doesn’t want raw players. He wants players that are going to come in and compete at the top level immediately. He’s not here to play the long game and develop players, he wants to win things now.

Sure he will improve players that we already have, and maybe even some of the players we sign. But he’s not going to be happy if we are just bringing in promising youngsters.

If Gvardiol is too expensive or whatever, N'dicka would be my next choice. Grillitsch would be great to pick up on a Bosman also. Laimer is a real Conte type player and I wouldn't be bothered if Mourinho threw enough money at Hojbjerg to let him go. Bentancur, Laimer, Grillitsch, Skipp and Modric on a Bosman would be pretty tasty. Would love to bag Dwight McNeal but would be fine with Kostic of course (or Sosa for that matter). RWB I think Spence or Jones would be pretty good. Sam Johnstone makes sense. Really don't know about up top though. Dybala would be fantastic and I guess DeKetalere makes a fair bit of sense and I like Brennan Johnson.

Could lose Gollini, Emerson, Sanchez, CCV, Reggie possibly, Hojbjerg possibly, Winks, Ndombele, GLC and Bergwijn. That's obviously a colossal and pretty unrealistic amount of business!

The World Cup really could play into our hands in regards to getting players out we don’t want. GLC will want to play, he’s not going to here. It might sound far fetched right now but Winks and Ndombele, if they harbour any hopes of getting near their respective national squads will need to play. A stretch obviously but that’s what they should be sold.

Big worry is on this form no one will buy him. He was even slower than usual and had no impact on th egame. Looks like he could be coming back!!!!!
haha Ndombele was playing west ham. I'm pretty sure this post is about Tielemans but I can see why you would think this was Ndombele.

Lloris
Romero _____ _____
_____ Bentancur _____ _____
Kulusevski Kane Son

Please improve the other 5, Mr Paratici
Dier has to be included in this, he's been fantastic since Conte arrived and 100% deserves that CB spot next season with a new LCB alongside him.

So much disrespect. He is running for player of the season imo. Without him at the back we look all over the place. A leader as well!

Agreed, arguably the best we've seen of him since he's been at the club, hasn't done anything to warrant being replaced and fully deserves a starting berth next season.

Such an unnecessary player to even contemplate trying to upgrade. On this season's form I would say there's only maybe a handful of CBs I'd say are clearly better than him in the world. And I'm not exaggerating. I'm talking clearly and objectively better.

Should be starting for England ahead of Maguire.
