If he didnt score some important goals and look flash and quick he would have very little. System doesnt suit him. His passing and vision are very average, cant play with his back to goal and doesnt hold the ball up well.

He needs to play up front ahead of Kane running into space centrally.

He needs to be the Klinsmann/Armstrong to Kane's Sheringham.

We're so much better suited right now to 5-3-2. We're trying to force a 3 up top when we don't have the quality in the RWF position to warrant playing someone there over another midfielder.

Just play to our players strengths rather than square pegs in round holes.

2 January signings is already very high. Tough time to sign players, and can be very hard to integrate them too (see Kuluveski). Rome can't be rebuilt in a month.
