Mourinho is absolutely right with what he says about there being a clear discrepancy between the decisions the “traditional” top 4 get compared to the rest of the league.
I remember the Premier League jumping to Chelsea’s side when VAR “incorrectly” missed a Lo Celso red card (which IMO was not a red card) and issuing an apology whilst the match was still going.
I don’t seem to remember the Premier League apologising to us for taking away Kane’s goal which VAR incorrectly adjudged the ball to have hit Lucas’ arm in the build up?
I also don’t expect the Premier League to apologise today for incorrectly awarding a penalty when the rules literally fucking state that if the player has his back turned he should be given leeway.
Tell me to put on my tin foil hat or whatever, I couldn’t care less, but the referees in this league are artificially useless. They’ve been given a mandate to protect their “top” clubs.
Totally agree. I've always suspected that there was some form of corruption going on, but after today I'm absolutely convinced there is now.
