Yep and what makes it worse is that on paper the Arsenal side isn’t anything to get excited about yet they either create chances for fun or they’re very resilient when under pressure. We’ve barely got out of 2nd gear all season.
They have had four years to get to that point and we are not even to a year under Conte. We will get there but it takes time. I understand your frustration but unfortunately we have to be patient here. Freaking out because Arsenal look better than us isn't helping.

I’m not ‘freaking out’. Arsenal were very inconsistent last season, defensively vulnerable and had no goal threat. They’ve addressed these issues. Us on the other hand improved the squad depth but not the 1st XI quality and there lies the problem. Given our negative approach to matches unlike most teams who play on the front foot we’re not getting the best out of our existing players.

Look at Son - back to goal and he’s anonymous. Whereas running at the opposition he’s lethal. Kane, Son, Richarlison, Kulusevski (when fit) should be putting the fear of God into teams but by us setting up so deep and playing on the counter our attack is often left chasing shadows. Yes they can be very dangerous on the counter but teams are starting to a) nullify our tactics and b) find gaps in our defence and punishing us.
