He did good yesterday. His footwork, balance with the ball and dribling through the middle. First game I’ve seen of him

WE will be creating a lot earlier now and less dickering with dinky little passes back and forth. the guys ahead of him will enjoy the space and have to make things happen quickly we can score a ton this year

Yes, he’s not all that great defensively and he’s a bit off in the press.

Not slagging the guy off, but just calling it as I see it. Great thing is that those are areas that he should be able to work on and improve over time and in this system.

He’s a great player and I’m ecstatic that we have him. But let’s try to keep the hyperbole and expectations reasonable.

Hes a mix between peak yaya and pirlo. Just accept it please

His shooting does look a lot better than his goal output suggests. I believe this was mentioned in some of the scouting reports. Add the odd banger to his game and he'll be the perfect player. So excited to watch him this year!
Which is another trait reminiscent of Dembele. I know he had some wild efforts but what a rocket of a left foot that guy had on him and when controlled it was surprising his goal output was so poor. I just think he didn’t shoot enough

He's so impressive on the ball. On top of that he's like a snooker player with his understanding of passing angles. I'm so happy.

It's scary to think about combining his natural ability with Pochettino's conditioning regimen. He's going to be incredible.

Definitely worth remembering he’s more than likely coming into these fixtures already very fatigued from training. When you’re fatigued the high intensity runs you have to make over and over in a game become very difficult. Don’t think there’s any cause for concern I’m sure he’ll be fitter and better rested for the first game of the season. Like others have said now is the time to really push him so him looking fatigued in games right now is nothing surprising and nothing to worry about.

Looks fucking talented though doesn’t he! Once he’s up to speed he could be absolutely phenomenal!

What impressed me with his shot on goal, was that he out Modric’d Modric with the ol’step over to create the space. Quality.
