I agree, he hit one shot that went on target which is more than we have had from a midfielder in last 3 years

It's definitely something he can develop but what I liked about his shot yesterday was he at least was able to execute it well. It shows he has a long range shot in his locker, which some CMs don't, including many Spurs CMs.

I don't think its funny you can see in the clips that often when dribbling he is flexible and turns back in another direction and having arms out like that he can balance while doing that

I also think he is going to be one of the best buys in decades for sure

Yes, he’s not all that great defensively and he’s a bit off in the press.

Not slagging the guy off, but just calling it as I see it. Great thing is that those are areas that he should be able to work on and improve over time and in this system.

He’s a great player and I’m ecstatic that we have him. But let’s try to keep the hyperbole and expectations reasonable.
