Too slow for EPL. Eric Dier is probably faster than him.

He's like a poor mans Eriksen, but doesnt have the passing ability or vision that Eriksen has. Doesnt demand the ball at all. Its like he hides in midfield, both offensively and he is pretty much non existent defensively without the ball.

If there is away to get out of purchase, whether it means terminating the loan in January, you do it now. With the tight budget we have, we can't afford to waste on Lo Celso who clearly isnt suited to fast paced EPL game style.

He's started 2 (two) fucking games in the Premier League and you're casting an overall judgement already, christ :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Disagree massively. If he offered little off the ball then how did he manage to get into two shooting positions from lay offs? How did he manage to dink that wonderful ball over for Alli?

He lost the ball a few times but he's adjusting to the pace of the prem. However his movement at times was very good. He's finding his rhythm
If that’s finding his rhythm then I think we might have signed the bloke who made Agadoo when we wanted Beethoven

To me, he is clearly Eriksen's replacement. I see him as the playmaker behind the front three and he's certainly shown glimpses of that today.

The issue with the team that started today, as good as it looked on paper, was that you can only play either one of Eriksen or Lo Celso. Whenever GLC is pushed out to the right, he tends to disappear. With CE all but gone, Mourinho must bite the bullet and must look towards the future and keep playing Lo Celso regularly.
The issue is Alli playing his own game doing flicks and tricks not playing smart. Eriksen and Lo Celso would thrive as good players thrive off each other.

As a fan base, we are fucking wankers. I honestly can’t stand so many of you. Pricks.
Would you spend 40 million pound on him given what we have seen so far? Today was a chance for him to shine and he was poor. It sometimes takes players time to adjust to English football though less nowadays and you have to wonder now we have.a new manager and in time different ideas is Celso option he might have been under Pochettino. So far you would have to say no or at the very least I’m not sure because so far he hasn’t shown much on a very limited sample

Didn't think he was great today, but didn't think he was bad. Only negatives for me were that he was a bit ponderous on the ball at times but that just looked like being due to not being greatly exposed to the pace of the PL yet and whilst he made some good challenges too, there were also some soft attempts to win the ball.

Personally think he just looks lacking of confidence. I think once he gets more games under his belt, gains confidence and also gains that sense of responsibility in having an established role in the side we'll see a completely different player. He still looks like someone who's just joined and isn't trying to do much wrong.

I just hope he gets a bit of a run in the side or I'm not sure how much progress we'll see from him.

After eighteen months of not signing anyone I would have thought people wouldn't be throwing a new player under the bus after four months.

Say what you see as roy castle said

That doesn't make any sense, what you're saying is if he plays well in the next match that means you'll do a complete u-turn on your opinion, what ever happened to having a balanced opinion and some patience?

No i wont do a u turn in my opinion, hes not good enough ability wise like sissoko. Neither of those would be in city or liverpools squad but i will support him like i support sissoko if he puts the effort in but he isn’t worth £50m

Think he would of faired better as the left of the 3 rather than the right. Eeiksen has operated that left role before very well, but being right footed I feel would of suited both better. Jose kind of played a 6 and double 8 it seemed and both looked uneasy in the going forward staying back thought that both played Conservative.

However was nice to see us playing through midfield for a change. That was nice.
