I only hope Spurs are baiting Inter knowing full well they want funds for Skriniar to buy Kante and Chelsea want funds to buy Rice. If I were Chelsea I'd swap Kante for Skriniar and sign Rice. Us paying for Rudiger would make that even easier for them. I really hope that isn't happening.

I think the whole point of them selling Kante is to afford Rice. They need to sell before they buy again. To be totally honest I’m surprised they’re so desperate for Rice. It’s their defenders who are utter shite.
