Michu also had a few seasons top flight football in Spain pre Swansea.
He had a decent season at Rayo the season before his move to Swansea and completely fell of after that. Anyway, seems like I'm unable to get my point across so I'll give.

Time will tell. I'd be very happy if we signed Aarons and both him and Sess succeed. I just doubt it.

Sorry why the fuck is Michu, a striker who played for Swansea like 8 years ago, being compared to Ryan Sessegnon, a 20-year old LB/LW, in the fucking Max Aarons thread?

Michu fucked his ankle I think, hence the drop off. He was a pretty decent player until that. Was never the same.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who immediately thought of Michu when watching Ryan Sessegnon.

So many similarities it's spooky.

I wouldn't dare. A professional is a professional. However, even professionals are wrong sometimes as seen with us purchasing Janssen and Ndombele, United purchasing Sanchez and the list goes on and on. No one can make the right call at all times and I most certainly wouldn't be able to and I'm not claiming to either.

I'm simply stating my opinion that Aarons shouldn't be a target for us and that Sess likely won't succeed with us.
Fair enough but for me the jury isn't out yet, they ate both still very young. I see more in Sess at this age than I did Danny Rose at the same age and he went on to be an England international. Let's agree to disagree till later in their careers.

Because its not based on anything.

Actually it not easy to be confident in Sessegnons ability after what we have seen this season. Not flair or trickery enough for attacking role and mentally weak. Haven't seen enough aggression to think he is close to being a great left back yet.

Probably because they locked the ITK discussion thread...

:cautious:
Why do the Mods (A&C) lock the thread and effectively ban everyone instead of banning the people spamming the thread. Taking the easy option? As those not spamming it don't need to be taught a lesson.

Because they do ban people and warn others, yet 5 mins later it continues. I also imagine that they are sick of spending their time relentlessly banning people when they can just lock it and save time.

I just had to check twice I wasn’t in Sess’s thread ffs lol. Aaron’s looks better going forward than aurier, and looks like he can pick a pass in the opposing box better, he also looks like when he wins the ball his first thought is to pass it. Aurier gets caught out a lot when he wins the ball then takes it forward to only knock it 2 yards further than he intende. Hence the next movement being a tackle.
