Why does the red line start from the bottom right corner of the vertical squares down but the blue does not.
Point is why the red line is thicker than the blue... As though just trying to prove a point its offside.

We were unfortunate with the decisions but we still gave up a crazy number of chances and they had 16 shots. We can’t defend and Poch thought Wanyama and Eriksen were the answers
True and the number of chances we are conceding is alarming. With that said, Leicester away was never going to be an easy game and considering we had a CL game on Wednesday, I thought we controlled the game very well and limited Leicester to mostly half chances all game.

@ all the sanctimonious amongst us disliking the Poch out comments, how many more games must we lose before you’d do something?

Is this not a results based industry? Isn’t that why we are paying him?

Don't worry they are shite we win that game by two or three goals

Normally I’d agree, but I really can’t be confident of anything with this team at the moment.

I knew as soon as that VAR decision went against us we’d lose. If we go behind next week we won’t get anything out the game.

I fucking hope Leicester can go into some demise, poor ref decisions, injury crisis and get relegated then into administration.

Undone by VAR? Bollocks. We should have pushed on regardless. And the game is never over at 2-0.
Sorry mate. With all due respect, you’ve been chatting complete and utter nonsense post match and I’m not prepared to enter into a debate with you when i categorically disagree.

If you're on Twitter search the #BackPoch hashtag from the Summer. Click into the people who were peddling it everywhere and then see what they are playing today.

I'm off out for the day to forget about football. Peace

They also had a goal disallowed by VAR. You could just as easily say if they went 1-0 it would have been a different game.

You didn’t think the performance was decent? For me if we go 2-0 up we go on to win. The VAR decision changed the game. Maybe I’m glass half full but I can’t really slag off the players today (other than 1-2).
The performance was generally fine. I thought we were much quicker on the counter and moved the ball well. With Aurier in it's much much better.

Not entirely happy defensively though. We are too open and I don't think we should be faced up by the likes of Barnes and Vardy who had space to attack.

@SirNiNyHotspur You d'oh my post but did you watch Southampton play Bournemouth last night they had their centre back playing as a second striker and conceded a third goal through a poor goal keeping decision in their own ground if that is not pure shite then I don't know what is

Well if you were sure I've been chatting shit, undo it with an argument of your own which disproved what's been said?

We may have lost but that was our best performance of the season. Did not miss Eriksen at all.
When the new players are fit and used to the team I think we will be ok.
Aurier getting a panning from Crouchy and Joe Cole for lack of effort and appearing not to care less.

Poch is at fault again. Poor and naive tactics and decisions:

Poch continues to have our players way up the pitch, no defending as a team and leaving it all up to Toby and Verts to save the day when the oppo steal the ball and counter. A totally foolish strategy.
Liverpool and City have Fabinho and Rodri sitting deep and one of the other two staying central. We had Ndombele running up the left wing! And Winks was all over the place when he should have stayed central. All this while our full backs are right up the pitch.

Subs: Why take Sissoko off at all? Why bring on Lucas with 5 minutes left? What was the strategy there? Eriksen came on and added nothing.

Surely Poch can drill players on not playing cavalier blind passes. Rose giving the ball away three times in the last 5 minutes was ridiculous. Some pathetic stuff on show today by a few players, but Poch's lack of tactics means we need someone who is more calculated imo.

We are crying out for dier sitting in front of the back four. He hasn’t played for a while though so will need integrating back in slowly. Today should of been the start of it.

They really need to take a leaf from cricket’s book and have a ‘go with the on-field decision’ there is no way you can call that or sterling’s goal earlier in the season.

We play colchester midweek, I think resting players in that game would be a good idea for fresh legs looking to the weekend game. Playing midweek then having the early kick off this weekend was always going to see us being tired in the second half of this game.

The analysis on BT Sport quite rightly highlighted that Aurier was the problem in defense - he'd leave huge gaps so everyone would have to come across. He left our defence in the poop a couple of times - one of which lead to Ricardo's goal.

Think his head went after his goal was disallowed.

Why is it a disgrace? Don’t get when people/pundits say this. He was offside, by an elbow or 5 feet it doesn’t matter. The rules are the same for both sides
In this instance, there isn't a perceptible offside to call. Even with the benefit of slow mo, stills, red and blue lines, whatever. It was a fucking absurd call to make because there's nothing there based a single frames, microseconds, to determine he's actually ahead of the last defender.

It's the sort of example that shows VAR can also lead to arbitrary or wrong calls. But with the added negative of ruining the game experience. I was neutral enough about it, but I'm moving against it now because the cost-benefit is falling on the wrong side. I'd prefer a world where ndidi's goal stood, even though there was an offside in that build up.

And frankly, the implementation of not reversing incorrect decisions because of some arbitrary "clear and obvious" standard undercuts any reason to have it in the first place.
