I’m assuming this has been moved by the mods as it’s kind of morphed into general discussion about the state of our squad and what we need/like to do in the transfer window. And there were a few posters requesting somewhere to chat generally about signings.

Almost. Jose talking about this as a window of opportunities and to be reactive suggests that nothing will happen until the last few days, if at all. It's a big gamble that could go either way, although more weighted towards us ending up short.
It also means we could go a few more games without replacing Kane.

Been clever he keeps saying it’s up to the boss to improve the squad he’s there to improve what they have. Think he’s gone in under estimating how shit we actually are.. which with our squad on paper is easily done tbh and now deep down he’s 100% like we need 4 players ASAP. This window is literally on Levy and how much he wants top 4 to keep the club as valuable as possible.

As I said before he’s worth the 12m / year for the pressers, the football side of things is toilet at the moment but I think that’s more on levy squad management than jose

I actually think he wanted to prove the football world wrong that he’s only a chequebook manager.
Only Spurs though could appoint one of the worlds most successful managers and get him to operate in our “different” way on a shoe string budget.
