Acceptable answer? Or does all of that come for free? Just in case it does, I'll try this one instead....

Or would you prefer to ignore the MASSIVE costs of those developments, spend ridiculous amounts of money anyway, then not be able to improve upon the team when everything is completed? Don't know why I'm asking that question really? You've already answered previously & clearly couldn't give a flying fuck about the future of the club you claim to love.

But coopsie, we had already built the training ground by the time we allegedly bid £22 million for Moutinho on transfer deadline day. So where's that money gone?

We are what we are? A club full of dour negative bastards who complain when we suggest spending money, complain when we don't spend money, complain when we don't win anything and complain when we try and crack on in the Europa League?

Speak for yourself but I'm not one of you lot. I love our club, I don't pretend to be the fucking accountant and I actually want us to win stuff.
Oh come on Freeki, it isn't really fair to suggest that someone who disagrees with your point of view doesn't love the club now is it? There's no harmonious feeling toward your fellow man. It's a negative vibe.

A&C prescribes that you listen to some whale music whilst wearing a hand knitted tank top, a pair of sandals and a thumb ring and have a bowl of daisy and lentil soup for lunch.

A&C, if you get me Joao Moutinho, I hereby declare I shall become a professional lentil-stitching tofu-botherer for a week.

I might be mistaken here (correct me if I´m wrong), but capital investements in property development (like the stadium, training grounds etc.) aren´t inclued in the FFP-rules.
EDIT: Property investment and suych is not included:

On the purely financial side of it: ENIC will consider this an investment with a guaranteed profit. It need not be the clubs capital that goes to cover the deficit for the stadium and other projects, but investments from the owners. As such, the cost of stadium doesn´t necessarily come into it when talking transfer budget.

Of course, I might be mistaken. Anyone more knowledgeable than myself on English property development is more than welcome to correct me.

I read that as "a thumb in your ring" and thought "Typical A&C, next he'll be bringing out the Nazi dwarf in a gimp mask and tutu"

There's a difference between building and paying.
Season after a £400m stadium is built, will we raise question why we don't buy a £50m striker.
We've already build the stadium after all. Wasn't we supposed to reach the next level when stadium is built?
Fact of the matter is that a training ground cost 3-5 years of transfer activity,
a stadium cost decades of it. Stadium will pay itself back, but it will take time.

Still have to pay for it or borrowing against it out of cash

The difference is that the stadium is a low risk investment with a long term payoff that keeps it value, players are high risk and lose value quickly.

What a waste of two careers if true. Playing in a shit league with one other good team, just in it for the money.
