I only watched the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half. Did Gallas move to RB when Woody came on?

I dont think Woody will leave. If he gets his fitness back come summer time I think he will be given and accept a new contract.

Is that a long term injury?

Could it be a reaction to him being out for so long?

Yeah just a reaction I should imagine, he hasn't played for so long I suppose he was going to be susceptible to picking up a strain

Its a groin strain so not too serious, He hasn't played real competitive football so its not a surprise he was sore in the morning - hopefully will be back soon!

Saying just a groin strain is wide of the mark, he's had gilmore's groin for the past 15 months. His groin has been the big problem.

Gutted for him. 15 months out injured, finally make your come back as a substitute at the San Siro, only to immediately re-injure yourself.

I can only hope it's nothing that will keep him out for too long and hopefully it'll force Redknapp and the coaching staff to ease him back into the first team a little more gently, rather than throwing him into such a massive game.

At least, if that injury does finish him, he ended on a win away at the san siro, one of the best in Tottenham's history... fitting

Anyone else feel like this is Spurs fault for putting Woody in that position against Milan? I mean what did you think was going to happen to him after over a year out of the game??

Poor bloke.

Did anyone else see him facing off to Gattuso when they were walking into the tunnel after the game?

Is that the same side as his surgery? Have to say...it's not sounding good to me. First real test and he's out again.

Nope. Thought he was immense and Harry said he brought him on because of his experience.

I feel for Woody, but that is why we have a strong squad, to be able to bring people on to deal with the situation as and when the need arises.

I wish him a speedy recovery. He did well last night.

Adductor muscle is another way of saying groin isn't it? I fear his career is over. FFS.

Its unfortunate but when you've been out for that sort of time you can pick up more injuries quiet easily....hope Woody gets back quickly.
