Not correct- only applies to attacking players leading to a goal

Incorrect. If the ball hits a player who has made their body "unnaturally bigger" then a foul will be awarded. The handball rule now has extra clarity because it does not consider intent by a player.

I've had my doubts and I know it's only 15 minutes in but Lo Celso has looked brilliant. What he's done so far is what I envisioned him doing for us prior to moving. Getting on the ball, spraying it wide and looking forward too. Really promising.
