Due to UEFA requiring all the best (read: most expensive) seats in the ground for themselves I have been downgraded. No compensation has been offered. No alternative has been offered. No refund has been offered. No apology has been offered. Just a letter from Ian Murphy, head of Ticketing and Membership, with my new, cheaper ticket in it.
I've copied my response here because last time this happened (against Dinamo Zagreb) they never replied to me.

Dear Mr Murphy,
I am writing this email having spoken to Oliver in your ticketing and membership office as you were not available at the time.
I received your letter yesterday explaining that, due to UEFA requirements, my seat for the home game against Young Boys has been moved from the West Stand Upper to the South Stand. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I paid £1175 for my season ticket whereas a season ticket in the South Stand Upper, where I have been moved to, is only £765, approximately 65% of the cost of mine.
I am upset that I have been moved to such an inferior location and I am angry that no compensation or alternative has been offered. As a customer I am shocked that you would pay so little regard to me, particularly as I pay for such a premium product (seating in the West Upper), and as a fan of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club I am disappointed in your lack of respect and consideration for your own fans.
